A: Yes, though prepare to spend 15-20 minutes submerged in ice water up to your chin to achieve similar benefits.
Q: Can I get the same benefit from burying myself in snow, naked?
A: Yes, go for it! Though again, prepare to spend much longer than 3 minutes buried in snow – and please read up on frost bite before attempting this!
Q: Is liquid nitrogen safe?
A: Absolutely. The air we breathe is 78% nitrogen. Liquid nitrogen (LN2 or just LN) is just nitrogen in a liquid state at very low temperature. That said, we don’t want to breathe liquid nitrogen for extended periods of time, as this can lead to oxygen deficiency. In our CryoSauna, your head will remain above the LN at all times and you’ll breathe fresh air just like you always have.
Q: Do I need a shower before or after Whole Body Cryotherapy?
A: No, this is a dry cold and your skin remains dry.
Q: How often should I Cryo?
A: No fewer than four hours between sessions. No longer than 48 hours between sessions for athletes during heavy training and competition. Many clients prefer one to three sessions per week.

A: Your head remains outside of the sauna at all times, and you can exit at any time.
